All scale representations, fuselage dimensions, antenna detailing, and rolling landing gear configurations listed in our catalog represent manufacturer blueprint specifications at time of cataloging.

Miniature aviation models represent a fusion of industrial casting and precision artisanal tampo finishing. Minor variations in pad-printed registry numerals, antenna alignment within 0.15mm tolerances, or pitot tube positioning are inherent attributes of authentic diecast craftsmanship and do not constitute structural manufacturing defects.

All prices presented on this platform are expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and encompass import customs assessments and domestic shipping tariffs unless explicitly noted otherwise during final checkout invoice generation.

We accept real-time payments through the State Bank of Pakistan’s Raast Instant Payment System, verified domestic IBFT (Inter-Bank Fund Transfer), and major Visa and MasterCard credit networks.

If proof of transfer is not delivered to our finance desk via email or official WhatsApp concierge within 24 hours, the allocated unit will automatically re-enter the collector catalog for public requisition.

Haidees Aviation proudly accepts custom aircraft commissions, including bespoke tail number registrations, commemorative PIA livery re-creations (e.g., 1960s green and gold 'Pak-Pakistan' livery, 1970s green tail with white crescent), corporate fleet vitrine mockups, and laser-inscribed solid walnut mounting stands.

• Non-Refundable Retainer: All commissioned builds necessitate a 50% non-refundable atelier commencement retainer upon sign-off of the digital livery vector proof.
• Production Timelines: Handcrafted custom builds require an estimated 4 to 8 weeks depending on mold casting availability and decal heat-transfer complexity.
• Final Proof Signoff: Collector approves high-resolution digital orthographic projections prior to clear-coat baking. Variations requested post-lacquer are billable as modifications.

In-stock collector editions confirmed before 15:00 PKT Monday through Friday are prepped and handed over to TCS Priority Air or Leopard Express Priority within 24 business hours.

Inspection Protocol: Due to the delicate nature of scale antennae, winglets, and pitot tubes, recipients are requested to inspect the exterior packaging and interior blister seal within 48 hours of courier delivery confirmation. In the improbable event of transit damage, photos of the unopened blister and shipping carton must be submitted to curator@haideesaviation.pk for prompt insurance claims and direct model replacement.

Airline corporate identities, tail markings, logotypes, and official paint schemes (including but not limited to Pakistan International Airlines, SereneAir, Airblue, Fly Jinnah, Emirates, Qatar Airways, British Airways, and Singapore Airlines) remain the sole intellectual property of their respective aviation corporations.

Models featured in our catalog are manufactured under legitimate scale licensing agreements or curatorial historical preservation exemptions honoring aeronautical history and vintage aviation preservation.

To the utmost extent sanctioned by the laws of Pakistan, Haidees Aviation shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs clearances on overseas bespoke imports, or natural events.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from catalog requisitions, bespoke builds, or interpretations of these Terms of Curatorship shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of law in Islamabad, Province of Sindh, Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
